I like what you have going on here. I think that you have really broken down the process of making this soup. I see the ingredients that you have started with and how they have transformed.
My only critiques would be that I think you are missing some of the ingredients. I see at least oil that was added by the end which isn't shown at the begging. Also, I think it would it be a good idea to get some hands into the shots. Break down what is being done and have some nice gestures in there.
Other than that I think you have a great start and your idea is very clear.
